So I have received from Fellowes this shredder which I love. No more worries about throwing away papers that could lead to identity theft. I used to rip it up and throw it away but that doesn't always work. People know how to piece together and glue paper. I don't like to throw papers away with any kind of name or address etc. on it. This shredder will get a ton of use around here.It came very well packaged and didn't take long to arrive.
See how nicely this shreds? I put the paper in a bit crooked but it went anyhow. It is very fast to shred and there is hardly any noise. I can shred papers when hubby goes to bed and he would never hear it and our home is small.
Take a look at all the paper I have shredded since I got it. It won't take me long to fill that bin up. On the top of the shredder there are different buttons to use. One telling you to remove the paper due to misfeed or wrinkle,and you needn't worry about catching little fingers in there because its safe that way too. It has an on/off button but its better to unplug it when not in use. The cord is in the back of the shredder and fits back in the slot nicely. Its a nice long cord too which is a plus in my books.
