I am waiting on products to arrive and as I said before living in Canada its sometimes a longer wait for things to come in. In the meantime I do have a question for everyone and all you need to do is answer yes or no.
I have been approached by someone and it is in regard to two childrens books,"SuperClara – a Young Girl's Story of Cancer, Bravery and Courage" and was written by Robert and Keira a grandfather and grandaughter writing team. The story is about Robert's younger granddaughter, Clara, who passed away Oct. 8, 2017, after a courageous battle with brain cancer.
The other book is a "who done it" book called The Case of the Missing Crown Jewels.
So now for my question. Would you be interested in entering a giveaway that the prize is a PDF version of the book?
YES OR NO? Please answer below. Thanks.
Hi Darlene,it's not for me but others may be interested!
ReplyDeleteNo. Prizes should be tangible and not virtual. Just my 2 cents.
ReplyDeleteno, thanks.
ReplyDeleteNo, I like a book in my hands. I don't like this sort of giveaway, I feel it's sort of cheating.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for your responses. I have told the sponsor we would rather have the actual book instead of a PDF and they are okay with that. So I have told them I pass on this one. I myself do not like PDF online reading so I should have said no right at the start. I just wanted to get your feelings on this. Thanks again. I appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteI really agree w/the others. I do happen to do a lot of reading on my kobo... but tangible prizes are the best.
ReplyDeleteI am one of those freakish people who likes real books more (And I'm sure I'm keeping both amazon and indialgo in business!!) I also like to sign the books I give to Emily or Dylan as I want them to be able to look back at the books when they are older. I have books from when my kids were little and my daughter took some with her when she moved.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for your comments. I myself happen to agree with you all.
